VHQL allows account holders to add and manage one or more vehicles within their account.

• Vehicle type
• Vehicle photographs
• Vehicle-condition information
• Vehicle scans
• Recommended services
• Service requests
• Vehicle-care records or other vehicle-related information maintained through the Services

This information may remain associated with your VHQL account so that we can provide vehicle-specific features and maintain information relating to your vehicle over time.

Vehicle Scan Information

When you use a VHQL scan feature, we may collect photographs and other information you submit regarding your vehicle.

This may include:

• Photographs of the vehicle or a particular area of the vehicle
• Images showing visible damage or other vehicle conditions
• Areas or panels identified in submitted images
• Information regarding the vehicle condition
• Requested services
• Scan results
• Recommendations
• Estimated pricing information
• Other information generated as part of the scan

Submitted photographs may incidentally include information that is not necessary for the scan, such as license plates, individuals, residences, addresses, or other objects appearing in the surrounding environment.

Service Request and Transaction Information

When you use VHQL to locate, compare, contact, request services from, or otherwise interact with a Vehicle Care Provider, we may collect information relating to that interaction, including:

• Requested service
• Relevant vehicle information
• Relevant scan information
• Photographs associated with the request
• Service preferences
• ZIP code or service location
• Scheduling information
• Vehicle Care Providers viewed or selected
• Estimates, requests, bookings, or other transaction information
• Communications sent through the Services

Location Information

We may collect location-related information when necessary to provide location-based features.

Depending on how you use VHQL, this may include:

• ZIP code
• City or general service area
• Service address that you provide
• Approximate location derived from your IP address

If a VHQL feature requires access to precise device location, we will request device permission where required.

Communications

If you make a payment through VHQL, payment information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor.

Certain VHQL features use artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, or similar automated technologies.

These technologies may process vehicle photographs, vehicle information, and other information submitted through the Services to assist with functions such as:

• Detecting or evaluating visible vehicle conditions
• Classifying scan information
• Identifying relevant vehicle-care services or repair methods
• Generating vehicle-specific guidance or recommendations
• Supporting estimated pricing
• Structuring information for a service request

VHQL may use third-party technology providers to support these functions. When a provider processes personal information on behalf of VHQL, its processing is subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Vehicle Care Providers

When you choose to interact with a Vehicle Care Provider through VHQL, we may disclose information reasonably necessary to facilitate that interaction.

For example, when you submit a service request, request an estimate, initiate a booking, send a message, or otherwise request interaction with a Vehicle Care Provider, information disclosed may include:

• Your name
• Contact information, when necessary
• Relevant vehicle information
• Requested service
• Relevant scan results
• Relevant vehicle photographs
• Service preferences
• Service location
• Scheduling information
• Information contained in communications or requests submitted to that provider

Vehicle Care Providers do not receive unrestricted access to your VHQL account solely because they participate on the platform.

Unless otherwise disclosed to you, a Vehicle Care Provider will not receive unrelated vehicle information, scans, photographs, account information, or information concerning other vehicles associated with your account that is not reasonably necessary for your interaction with that provider.

Vehicle Care Providers are independent businesses. Information that a Vehicle Care Provider receives in connection with your interaction may also be subject to that provider's own privacy practices and legal obligations.

Service Providers and Vendors

We may disclose personal information to vendors that perform services or provide technology on our behalf, including providers of:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure
• Data storage
• Authentication
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Analytics
• Email and communications
